• Medical Education: Completed his medical degree at Kharkiv National Medical University, followed by formal postgraduate training in Dermatology and Cosmetology at Kharkiv Medical Postgraduate University.
• Global Experience: Since 2017, he has acquired extensive international expertise in dermatology and cosmetic medicine across Lebanon, the United Arab Emirates, and global clinical settings.
• Practice Philosophy: Brings a strong clinical background focused on non-surgical aesthetic techniques, precision, and patient safety to Nu Age Aesthetic.

Pauline Bussue is a Registered Nurse with more than 36 years of nursing experience, combining a longstanding career in highly specialized clinical care with advanced education and a passion for medical aesthetics and skin health.
Clinical Background & Experience

• Burn & Wound Care: A graduate of George Brown College, Pauline began her career at the Ross Tilley Burn Centre at Wellesley Hospital (now Sunnybrook Hospital), gaining specialized experience caring for complex skin and wound-care needs.
• Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU): Spent over three decades in NICU environments at Women’s College Hospital and Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.
• Leadership & Care Philosophy: Held roles in clinical leadership, education, preceptorship, and mentorship. Her years supporting critically ill newborns shaped her core values: compassion, empathy, patience, attention to detail, safety, and respect.

Aesthetic Training & Specializations

• Core Qualifications: Trained through the Canadian Institute of Aesthetic Medicine (Barrie) in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, skin care, and aesthetic business management.
  
• Advanced Education: Completed specialized training in complication management, attended the 2023 Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine (CBAM) Conference, and completed hands-on training across Canada and internationally.
  
• Specialized Treatments: Skilled in dermaplaning, advanced facials, and skin procedures, with specialized NYC-based training in removing Dermatosis Papulosa Nigra (DPN), skin tags, and benign skin growths.
• Melanin-Rich Skin Focus: Dedicated emphasis on thoughtful assessment, treatment selection, and aftercare tailored specifically for melanin-rich skin and diverse skin types.
